I've just been so impressed with the customer service of this firm, I just had to write a review. I needed a capacitance grounding pad for my mirror and heated pad (which I had actually bought elsewhere.) Saw that Demista sold them, so I called up and asked to buy one (but I don’t have a trade account). They’re only £2.50, and I was happy to pay for postage too, but was simply told “Don’t worry about payment, we’ll send one out to you free of charge!”. That’s insanely good customer service in a world where everyone is seemingly out to fleece you. Not these guys. I just wish I’d
