Once needles are inserted and the patient is comfortable, the patient is allowed to relax for 30 minutes.

My parter and I had been trying for a baby for 4 years and were starting to consider IVF.

After a 10 weeks session with NHS physio, my knee still stiff and sometime give away, so decided to give a try with acupuncture treatment at Upton Clinic. First few weeks didn't really feel any improvement, was thinking to give up. After 5 weeks session with Helen, I suddenly noticed a huge improvement of my knee. I can walk without limpy, even can run a little bit. Thank you so much for Helen's professional service, really appreciated.

I went to Upton Clinic after my 1st embryo transfer failed, after IVF. I had weekly acupuncture with Dr. Helen for a few months then my 2nd embryo transfer was successful. I continued my sessions throughout my 1st trimester which greatly helped my early pregnancy symptoms. I felt Dr. Helen was extremely professional and knowledgeable and genuinely cared about your well being. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially to someone going through IVF.

I came to see Sam because I was suffering from Bell’s palsy.When he consults patients,he is very focused,carefully listens to your history and is fully engaged in the healing process. I had several acupuncture session with him .Hence I can tell Sam is a professional and compassionate acupuncturist demonstrated by the wonderful result I achieved.
