I made a mistake measuring for a new carpet and Stephen got me the same carpet but a bigger cut, no charge! Not only that but he pulled the stops out to make sure it was fitted before my new bed arrived...... the next working day. I mean, that is the best Customer Service, I doubt anywhere else would have been so lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!
