FOOTFALL LOGISTICS (FFL) offers a complete range of services, from initial consultancy and feasibility studies through to the installation and implementation of your chosen footfall solution. FFL's reputation rests on four things: our honest and unbiased advice; our reliable and accurate solutions; our innovative and sympathetic approach to the installation; and the total dependability of our support service.
FFL has 30 years' experience in this industry: we are not hardware manufacturers, nor do we have links to any specific product or supplier: our recommendations are based solely on our independent and objective analysis of our clients' requirements. TRACKER developed by FFL, is a powerful module-based footfall management tool, specifically designed to interface with and control a wide range of people- and trend-counting technologies.

Services
We establish the depth and scope of the project: type of building, anticipated/known footfall, number and dimensions of entrances/walkways, orientation of doors, current technology (if any), type and height of ceilings, planning requirements/restrictions, IT protocols, timescales, and the all-important budget!
Add the additional dimension to filter footfall by height as well as width, and you have 3D People Counting. This technology creates a 3 Dimensional image of the area beneath, which by definition produces higher accuracy levels than 2D. The detectors are designed to count heads, so need to be fixed directly over the area to be monitored.
Both Shape Recognition and Thermal Camera-based systems have versions which operate externally but, like their internal counterparts, have to be fixed directly above the area to be monitored in order to maximise the consistency associated with counting heads.
There are other situations which might also compromise accuracy: the thermal camera loses accuracy with extreme variations in temperature and humidity; and shape recognition systems may not deliver accurate results with changes in sunlight and shadows.

FFL provides a fully comprehensive installation service for all its people-counting solutions. Our experienced technicians ensure that footfall sensors are sympathetically fitted, with all cables and ancillary equipment discreetly located. Where required, we will fabricate brackets and housings to match existing architecture and design requirements.
