Left me stranded with my children at Heathrow. Avoid this company like the plague. Shame really i had been using them for 10 years. The driver calls me to tell me that he's at Stansted only trouble is i've landed at Heathrow. Truth is the driver took the more expensive job left me in a really bad situation after a 10 hour hourney with 9 suitcases a stroller and some hand luggage i couldn't find a replacement at such short notice. It's the last thing i wanted to worry bout. I had booked a week to 10 days before giving my flight number and pick up from terminal. Eventually after 2.5 hours of trying

worst cabs ever, they don't know London roads or their right from left. they made me late 1 too many times. they are wrong and strong so it's a argument and stress you have rather then a nice and easy ride on your trip with them

This has been the worst service I've ever had in a cab. I booked the car and was told the fee for dropping me at the terminal Stansted airport was £61. During the journey the driver demanded £80 and slowed the car in the M11. I was afraid of missing the flight. And after giving him £80 he left me in a roundabout and not in the terminal.
