VIP is quite a special organisation, not only in terms of the quality of the childcare it provides but also in terms of it's structure and organisation. As a Social Enterprise, VIP can commit itself completely to continue to develop the service it provides with a clear commitment to take the best research in our understanding of how our children's brains develop and making that part of how we behave and connect to our customers!

VIP Childcare Moray is an innovative and inspiring Child care & Development provider for Babies to Pre-school. We are a Social Enterprise and Registered Scottish Charity SCO38949. The way in which VIP Childcare is structured means that we can continue to invest in embracing new developments as well as continuously reviewing the environment and resources within the provision.
We promote nurture at the core of the staff team ethos, the team are part of the VIP family along with the children and parents. At VIP Childcare our team consists of our inspiring Board of Directors, our highly motivated Practitioners, our dedicated Management as well as our valued Parents.

A social enterprise is a business that trades for a social and/or environmental purpose. It has a clear sense of it's 'Social Mission'; which means it will know what difference it is trying to make, who it aims to help and how it plans to do it.
Our baby room is a peaceful yet stimulating provision of quality and personalised childcare, where each individual baby will have the support and encouragement to grow and develop into confident and content little explorers of the world, ready for the journey into independence - our toddler setting.
Our Toddler room is a vibrant, sensory stimulating and nurturing unit where our energetic practitioners ensure a strong and supportive approach to transitions, allowing your toddler to make their first step to independent play and learning. Our team provide a challenging array of both structured activities and spontaneous play opportunities to allow them to discover the joy of learning, either independently or alongside our little VIP's.
