STAFF RESOURCES: We employ over 100 staff and experienced operatives managed by Site Agents responsible for managing site activities on a daily basis.

The value of directly owned plant is extensive relative to other organisations of a similar size and is estimated in the order of 5M.
Significant investment has been made in national vocational and health and safety training with minimum core competencies established at all levels of the organisation. A training needs analysis is carried out annually and company training plan updated to reflect business need. As an NPORS and CAA Centre the level of training afforded staff and operatives is industry leading.
