Services
The Cook Partnership was set up in 1999 and provides accounting and taxation services. Our main client focus is local businesses based in Tring, Berkhamsted, Wendover and the surrounding villages, but we do also service a number of clients based in London and in other locations around the country. David has been a Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICAEW since 1993.
We can prepare the annual accounts that your business needs to submit to Companies House and to HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") with the company's tax return. We aim to produce the accounts as soon as possible after the year- end has passed to make them useful and relevant. All accounts are talked through with our clients to ensure full understanding of the figures.
Across all taxes when we are producing the returns for either individuals or companies as a matter or course we look for and highlight any potential opportunities to make tax savings e.g. We have extensive experience of advising and managing the corporate tax affairs of groups of companies, including maximizing significant tax relief claims for capital expenditure and negotiating with HMRC.
The Cook Partnership have been working with me since I established my business in 2009.
