I was born in Fleetwood and was running the family Hoi Kin Restaurant when I was just 14! I then made my first cocktail at the Kwok Man Chinese Restaurant in Chinatown and went to live in Hong Kong when I was 20. I then taught English in Hong Kong and helped in our family seafood restaurant on Tap Mun Island in the NewTerritories.

Edited to reflect the comment below. I've tried this place three times (once on my own) and twice when invited by friends when I couldn't refuse. The food is average at best, and definitely not worth the price tag. Still, the 3rd visit was acceptable so I've added an extra star. And regarding the charity comments; don't believe the comment below, it's simply a comeback to my original review that has no merit whatsoever.

Really nice staff. We had 4 different groups paying 4 different bills, and Steven sorted it out for us.
The wife said her food was really nice. The only criticism I have is the price of the coke. I paid over £11, for 3 cokes. They have the bottle of coke in the fridge and just use that. I know it is where they make their money, but it nearly bankrupted me! The place is excellent, very clean and tidy. MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO MAGIC DAVE!! Absolutely brilliant with the kids.
