Our vision is to be a leader in providing a responsive care service where the standard of care and calibre of staff are second to none. We aim to provide a secure, warm and friendly environment where excellent person-centred care and support is offered and where staff recognise and appreciate the unique qualities and needs of each individual living at Highfield House.
Many of our Residents say that they have a far better social life than they did before they came to live at Highfield House. Art and craft sessions, bingo, outings to local coffee shops, pubs and places of interest. Also to places further afield such as to the coast take place according to the seasons.
