Staff are very rude! Been hung up on twice after working for a company a week got told minimum wage when my wage slip come it was £7.50 an hour for a 30year old! How do u get away with not even meeting national minimum wage??? Stay clear of this agency pocket half ya wage!

The job agency provides fast recruitment within 2 days, up to a weeks time, available to sign up with online easily. Management from the service is kind and understanding. People are treated equally and respectfully in the whole workplace system. On occasion, communication could be improved across the agency to the job place advertised, e.g. in the event that you are unfortunately late, however this is not a problem if you are an honest and trustworthy person that can be relied on. All other questions and changes that I wanted to make with the agency, such as changing shifts, were quick and easy

They found me a job the day after i joined the agency exactly where I wanted and the hours I was looking for. Can't ask for better than that. They check in weekly face to face and everything I have asked them to do has been done with no action from myself. Would highly recommend Three Way to anyone looking.
