Our sister company JWR Audit Limited are Registered Auditors and work alongside Johnston Wood Roach Limited. We are a progressive and modern firm of chartered accountants based in Hampshire. We have been in practice for over 29 years and are looking to expand our team of professionals.
We offer a speedy incorporation service including same day formations. Where appropriate, we include in the package VAT registration, corporation tax and payroll scheme set up. We can form a group of companies through either subsidiary sale or share for share reorganisation. This is often relevant where more than one business entity is linked by common ownership.
We provide support when litigation arises to assist clients in establishing the best financial outcome. If you are buying or selling or reorganising a business we can provide advice and the valuation you may need. We can set up a group of companies to maximise the flexibility of businesses to move resources and control risks between entities.
Our team can prepare complex business plans to assist in business budgeting or raising of capital. We can prepare monthly, quarterly, or accounts for an ad hoc period if required. We work with management to tailor accounts to provide information in a format that is relevant and useful to the business.

I have dealt with JWR for many years on one of my companies and the service was excellent. I recently moved 3 more companies to them from another Accountant due to poor service. Jamie and his team resolved tax issues that took over a year in a couple of weeks and introduced tax allowances that weren’t being claimed before in error. Always someone to take your call and queries are answered in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend using them.
