The Deco has all the facilities you would expect for a 21st century conference centre and arts venue. Situated in the very centre of Northampton, this versatile venue has over 7,250 sq ft of usable theatre or concert space in the main auditorium with an additional two large conference suites, The Glen and The Dor, offering a further 3,900 sq ft.
Our friendly coffee shop is located in the foyer of The Old Savoy - home of The Deco Theatre. You will be very welcome to stop by for hot or cold drinks, and snacks too - it's a lovely, relaxing environment in an iconic town centre venue. The coffee shop is open between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, or between 10am and midday on Saturdays - we'd love to see you, and can't wait to welcome you back to our theatre.
The main 900 seat auditorium of the Deco is one of the largest venues between London and Birmingham. It has a generous stage and offers excellent acoustics and views. It can be adapted to suit a wide variety of events, including dance, music concerts and theatre productions. The stalls area can be changed to allow for a standing concert or smaller events such as formal dinners, DJ nights and awards ceremonies.

Lovely theatre. First visit to a panto here and will be back for sure. Aladdin was great, enjoyed by the grandchildren and myself. Loads of laughs and lots to join in with. The cast were all amazing 🤩 The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices for snacks and drinks were very good. Well organised with covid passes and tickets too. Well done all at the Deco

Absolutely fantastic production of Aladdin, so good we came twice! The whole experience was brilliant, the theatre staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The talented performers were superb and the dancers were exceptional, they really did make the show! Thank you to everyone involved, we will be back next year for sure! 🙌🏻🤩🥰🎭💃

Went to see Aladdin last night and it even made this Grumpy Old Man feel festive and cheerful. Great family entertainment (cucumbers!!!) and great musical score. Urge anyone who can go and see this show and support the Deco. A lovely theatre, full of character and a family run treasure in amongst corporate owned blocks.
