How We Work

1 After an initial phone call or showroom visit discussing what you are looking for we will arrange a free home visit to measure spaces and discuss all the options available to you. A survey document will be prepared. 2 We will then take your ideas and requirements back to the showroom and our designers will produce professional CAD designs and 3D visualisations which will be subject to your final approval.

I spent £12,000 on a transforming our bathroom. Within the final six months of our three year guarantee expiring the grouting cracked in the flooring causing at least one tile to lift. Ed came to my home and confirmed the floor needed to be regrouted and we agreed on a date. No-one arrived on that date or the further date I suggested. Despite follow up emails and telephone calls the works remain unrepaired. I also discovered they weren't on the Which trusted traders list despite it being on their website.

It's a shame it's come to this, but Edward Wheeler has really let us down at a time when we need it most - he's just disappeared off the planet.
We're about to have our first child and just discovered our wet room en-suite (bought from him in 2015, from what was then Bathroom Boutique) has actually been leaking for years into a void in our kitchen. Something we desperately need sorting and I am certain he is insured for.
After a number of visits over 2 months, he continually denied that his workmanship or products were to blame, until we finally proved that it was an issue with the wet room tanking

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Poor workmanship and communication after getting our bathroom done with them have had various parts not attached, leaks and rumblings. Have got bored at various times of being passed around or emails or phone calls not answered and being fobbed off. I wish we had never used them and cannot get tevtificstion of issues still outstanding years on. Please think twice about using and wasting your money and time here
