As a result of a recommendation I approached Mastercovers to make a tarpaulin / cover for the back of the motorcycle shelter at SMC Limited in Chandlers Ford. Right from the outset they were professional in their approach and asked all the right questions to enable a proper quotation to be done. They ensure I was happy with the colour and construction of the material and the manner in which it would be fixed. The 'shelter' was duly measured and a purchase order placed. The tarpaulin was completed in the agree time to a great standard. The size and fit was perfect and better than I had hoped for

Had a new cover made from the old wheelhouse bulkhead dropdown cover and sent to my home in shetland island, it arrived in a short space of time and to my great delight fitted perfectly, we have 100 mph winds in the shetlands and this will do the trick perfectly as it robust stiching and extra care taken will serve it well.. Can't recommend this family firm enough and a reasonable price to.....

They took a deposit to create me a new boat canopy with a guaranteed competion date. I made it quite clear they would have a tip for meeting the completion date and a bigger tip for early completion.
I'm now 3 weeks past the competion date and they still have not measured up the boat.
There have been no apologies or updates. I am continuously chasing by emails with limited response.

First impressions looked good! Phoned them up to inquire about making my American Truck a bed cover. "Drive it over and we'll have a chat and measure up" Stephen said. That's exactly what I did and 11/2 hours later I left feeling happy with what we'd discussed and expecting a quote the following day via email which they promised would happen. After quite a time and a number of phone calls and messages made I've not heard a word from these guys. I'm feeling like they just wasted my time! I'd like to say poor customer service, but I didn't even get that far! Avoid if you too don't want to be disappointed

Don't bother with them they cant be bothered with you.
They visited my boat took photos and contact details promised me an estimate for the work.
Despite me having to chasing them, with phone calls and Emails, I am still waiting for a response, that was months ago now !!!

First Class Customer Service.
Having found MasterCovers Ltd from many personal recommendations, I would like to share my experence.
My cruiser was in desperate need of a new canopy! After an initial phone call, Mitch, of MasterCovers, visited my marina. We discussed my requirements, changing the shape of my canopy, material, colour and window positions.
I received my quotation within days.
My new canopy was manufactured and fitted, including alterations to the support rails with new stainless steel fittings, within MasterCovers estimated time scale.
I am extremely pleased with my new bespoke
