This company is rude, no I can only say Delphine is rude.
This company tells you when they will deliver, if ever, to you. They are amazingly bad. They also cannot assure you even what day they will deliver.
My situation was a delivery in Salida ,co.
She said we delivery there Thursday and Friday each week. Told her I’m not there on one of the days, she laughed and said she would speak with her supervisor.
The next thing I know the sender calls and says they refused to deliver here and they would send it with a reputable company, Fed Ex.
If you can avoid this horrific company, do so.

We purchased new cabinets from Lowe's to upgrade our kitchen. The rep at Lowe's indicated to us that the cabinets will be delivered and we just tell the carrier company where to put the cabinets. I had decided to place in our front living room, because of this time of the year in Colorado (hail) could be an issue and I wanted my garage available for my vehicles. The person from this company just basically told my wife the cabinets could be delivered either outside or in the garage...that's it. There excuse is COVID, look it's May 2021, my wife and I have been vaccinated, we've had furniture delivered

Had three deliveries come from this company (I didn’t choose them) two of the deliveries went to the wrong house, the second wrong delivery the driver expected me to go find my package on whatever house he left it at. Once I called the company they made the driver turn around and bring it to me. Upon delivery of the missing piece the driver cussed me out and charged me with a closed fist. Would not recommend

The guys were real nice even though I got held up in wyoming because of wind. Very tight and blindside if you come in their driveway. If you go into the driveway b4 it takes you halfway down their lot then you could make it sightside pretty easily. When there are a few trucks waiting it could get kinda clustered. The 3 starts are for the crew and the lack of is because of the lack of space.

Driver knocked my fence down.when i called owner shelby at first he said they would take care of it that his drivers have good insurance and now i know why.after sending pictures and videos of truck arriving with fence intact and leaving with it broken. He became reall arrogant and nasty calling me a "lowlife loser"when i called him back.they only lowlifes is the whole company home depot needs to highly consider a better transport company cause they are super unprofessional.zero stars.

I was skeptical about using this company after seeing and reading the reviews here on Google. However, being a business owner myself and having learned the dishonesty of some customers in their reviews, I decided to give them a try. It was a great decision on my part. They picked up my package right on time and delivered immediately to the recipient. I was extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely use then again.

This company made a delivery to my neighbor. The delivery drivers were confused and went up my driveway instead. In the process, they gouged a large chunk out of my asphalt driveway with their truck. Instead of owning up to it, they chose to drive away. I contacted the company and they wouldn't own up to it either. It appears that Interstate Express and its drivers share a common lack of integrity. THANKS FOR NOTHING! I gave one star because zero stars was not an option
