Our Managing Director, Michael Beech MCIAT is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and has had a long career within the Architectural discipline starting his career at an RIBA Architects based in Manchester city centre before moving into the fast paced house-building sector in 2001 and then establishing the practice in 2007.
With over 20 years post qualification experience, Michael himself has worked directly for a number of large, well known North West based housebuilders including the likes of Alfred McAlpine, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes and Elite Homes. Other contributing associates have worked for leading North West Architectural practices previously.

We are an experienced CIAT Registered Architectural Design Practice based in Chorley, Lancashire. Our vision is to provide exciting yet logical building designs tailored to our clients needs and requirements, delivered on time and on budget.
We offer complete building design packages and project management services to Home owners and Self builders through to Commercial and Domestic Property Developers covering the North West of England and beyond.We are as happy to deal with private individuals as we are with large multi regional construction organisations.

We offer a range of Architecural Design and Planning Permission services covering simple tasks ranging from a site setting out/topographical survey for a home extension through to full design and build guidance for a multiple home site. Our small team of experienced staff is dedicated to serving your Architectural and Surveying needs.
The price will then be confirmed at a site feasability meeting as required and whilst we do not consider ourselves like for like with part time draughtsmen, we will try to meet any similar quotation provided, within reason. We do not add any hidden extra's and we will guide you through the Design, Planning Permission and Building Regulations phases from inception to plans approval stages.

This project was a long time coming and a lifelong ambition of mine, like all life changing events it was a complete rollercoaster of a ride for the whole family but what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger, as they say.The end result is a 5 bedroomed detached house split over 3 levels and located in a beautiful little countryside village to the north of Chorley, Lancashire that we are all extremely proud of as a family.
