Torphins Golf Club
Torphins Golf Club is situated in Royal Deeside, offering some of the best views you could ever wish for when playing golf. The course is just 22 miles or so west from the City of Aberdeen. Our 9 hole course is a short par 64 but requires accuracy and placement as opposed to long hitting. To increase the enjoyment, there are now 13 different tees playing to 10 different greens.

You really have to play it for yourself to appreciate the course and enjoy the panoramic views over the beautiful Deeside valley. Reduced green fees: the reciprocal arrangement with clubs in the Deeside League is continued for this season.
Services
Torphins Golf Club has developed a nine hole FootGolf course within four holes of its current golf course. By using the first, second, twelfth and ninth fairways, we have created a nine-hole FootGolf course with a par of 34. There are three par 3's, five par 4's and one par 5. What is FootGolf? The same as golf with the aim of going round the course in the least number of shots, but kicking a football rather than using a golf club.

Thank you Torphins Golf Club for hosting our end of season get together and a special thanks to Wilma, Raymond and Margaret, they went out of their way to make sure the boys had a great time and made us all feel so welcome. The boys and coaches had a great time playing footgolf, we’ll definitely be back, but next time we’ll do 18 holes as the boys enjoyed it so much.
Thanks again Banchory Community FC 2009

You could come here for the views alone, they are amazing, especially from the 8th and 9th tee, wow you can see for miles around. I really enjoyed the course, but wasn't expecting such a hike lol. The course might seem short in yards but the geography really challenges your accuracy and confidence, fantastic challenge. I managed to speak to a few of the locals and they were really nice and couldn't be more helpful and kind.
This course is worth every penny and I intend to go back regularly!

A small twice around 9 hole club set in spectacular scenery and also has a small onsite cafe that opens seasonally. The food is good basic fare and nae too pricey. The course is medium tae hard challenge wise and just enough tae get the muscles going. Well recommended and worth a day visit if ye are in the area, just outside the village of Torphins and if nae sure ask at the Bread of Life charity shop or the Scot-mid itself worth a visit as it is set in the old Kirk.
