Established in 2002, Station Couriers have grown to be able to offer a wide range of parcel and pallet delivery services to sole traders, limited companies and members of the public. We are conveniently situated in Newtown, Powys with lots of car parking available for visitors. Station Couriers are very proud to have won the Judge's Award at Powys Business Awards 2017.

I have recently received two deliveries from your company on behalf of Gravel Master U.K. and on both occasions by the same friendly and courteous driver (*Mark Lello*).Unfortunately I don't have his name, but it was his general manor, and the small gesture of putting the pallets in my garage, rather than leaving them kerbside that impressed me.

Excellent service & great value for money
Despite not being a regular customer, Station Couriers couldn’t have been more helpful when asked to complete a one off job. Chris was very helpful & the drivers, Adam & Martin were professional, efficient & courteous .

Fantastic customer service going above and beyond to find our pallets and to ensure they were delivered to us in a timely way. Cheryl deserves praise for her help with listening to our problem and resolving it. Mention to the driver Ali who was helpful and gave a very good impression of the company who managed to deliver to a small village with a small access road and offload the pallets in double quick time and place them on the drive. I would use this company anytime.

Company sent vehicle too large for access despite obvious nature of site. The driver was excellent and did the best he could, however the van caused damage to our track, fruit bushes, fencing and top soil. The assistant sent out to help assured me that all would be put right but I have had no word from the company. The rabbit fencing to protect our food crops was crushed and although the guys pulled it back u p the wire that was buried to stop rabbits digging was wrecked and rabbits gave now got in and eaten lots of of crops.

There should be an "IDIOT" button on facebook for companies like Station Couriers
These people have a very poor service ethic, They messed up my invoices. Each time I called to try to sort it out there was a different excuse. "Someone off sick"..."Someone on holiday"...."Not my job".... "Someone on maternity leave"
Just excuses excuses and excuses ad nauseam.
And then they messed up the collection of an important package. They took 2 weeks to do it. My co-director called them many times. As did the people where the package was being pcked up. They wasted our time and hurt our business.
