The gentleman arrived punctually and was most affable.
I had two cars to clean, one of which had a plasti-dip paint job and also needed the engine bay steam cleaning as it had previously had an oil leak (now fixed)
Everything seemed perfect, i paid and he left.
A few days later my mechanic came to work on the car with the plasti-dip paint and the steam cleaning. He said that the engine clean had been vaguely attempted and what is more, even though I had mentioned to the gentleman that he needed to be careful of the plasti-dip, whatever he had used had attacked some of the finish.
