Since 2012 our family has run Beachside, a serviced guest house in Eastbourne consisting of five modern holiday apartments. All apartments are completely self-contained with ensuite facilities and have fully equipped kitchens and modern living areas. We are perfectly located on the sea front and literally a pebble's throw from the beach.

On the first floor and at the front of the building, this holiday apartment within our Eastbourne guest house offers amazing views of the sea and the East Sussex coastline. The kitchen-diner has a balcony where you can have breakfast overlooking the beach and the elegant double bedded sitting room, with its high ceiling and large stained-glass bay windows, is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
On the second floor and at the rear of the building, Apartment 4 is one of our Eastbourne Holiday Lets that has far-reaching views across the roof tops of Eastbourne towards the South Downs National Park. With a large kitchen-diner, an en-suite with walk-in shower and a double bedded sitting room, (with a sofa-bed if required), guests have the perfect base to explore all that Eastbourne and the surrounding area has to offer.
At the front of the building and on the second floor, this Eastbourne holiday apartment offers amazing panoramic views of the sea and East Sussex coastline. With its double bedded sitting room, a choice of king-size or twin beds, a brand new kitchen and stylish ensuite shower-room, it is one of our most popular holiday apartments and sees many returning guests.
Follow the signs to Eastbourne seafront and turn right at the roundabout by the Sovereign Leisure Centre. After driving for approximately 1/2 a mile along the seafront, look out for the Redoubt Fortress and then the Pavilion Gardens and you will see our holiday rentals in Eastbourne on the right hand side.

Beachside apartments are highly recommended. The apartment I stayed in was extremely well furnished and equipped. It was clean and very pleasant. Everything worked. The bedlinen was really clean and changed each week. The Beach is right across the road. Emma and John, the proprietors, went out of their way to ensue I was truly comfortable. I had a truly pleasant ad enjoyable stay.

Lovely little apartment overlooking the glittery sea - helps that this has been the sunniest May since records began!
Friendly and helpful welcome by John, and the apartment is clean and equipped to a high standard. Everything works well.
I hope to return, as there are some beautiful walks still to do. Well done John and Emma for making it such a great place to stay!

Due to my job it was necessary for me to move into temporary accommodation. I was so lucky to be given an apartment at Beachside . Such a beautiful house with stunning views. John and Emma were so kind, I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The apartment as well as the house is immaculate and beautifully designed. Would absolutely recommend a stay here and will definitely recommend to family who come to visit. Thank you both again.

Since discovering Beachside I have never stayed anywhere else in Eastbourne. I have just completed my fourth stay in one of their apartments and have already booked my next visit.
The location is great, the rooms are clean, attractive and wonderfully comfortable - I sleep better there than I do in my own bed at home. The owners live in the building. They are never intrusive but always there if I need them. I'm so glad I've found Beachside!
