Services
Essential Entertainments provide professional Disc Jockeys for every occasion. We have specialist DJ's for themed nights or when you just want a bias towards one type of music. We work in both the public and private sector and have our clients vary from local businesses to heads of state, VIP's etc.
Essential Entertainments can provide a variety of musicians to meet your requirements. However, it is impossible to list specific prices as they depend on individual requirements such as performance duration, which artiste, start & finish time, location etc. However, please find below an approximate price guide and also some of our highly recommended acts.
We use polished parquet floor tiles which interlock to create a dancefloor specific to your needs. Don't be fooled by cheaper alternatives which utilise large boards. Listed below are some guide prices for popular size Dance Floors but we would remind you that any size is available subject to stock levels.
There is also, if you prefer, the option of Casino Equipment Hire only, with yourself as the croupier. If you havent organised or been to a Fun Casino before you are probably wondering How Does A Fun Casino Work. We use full size Black Jack/Poker Tables and use full Size (9'x5') or 80% replica (8'x4') Roulette tables.
Our starting price at the moment for the Photo Booth is 295 net but the fees range from this 295 figure up to a peak of around 550 subject purely to the final requirements and duration. Most customers spend on average about 350 - 400 net.

Hi, Sorry it has taken us a while to leave a review but we just wanted to say a BIG BIG thank you to all of the staff at Essential Entertainments for making our wedding day so special. The level of service that we received was excellent and the professional setup of our venue was outstanding! We know we put your team through it as we had quite a lot of kit that day!!, (large sound system, LED dance floor, full draping, LOVE letters, photo booth, Casino tables, sweet trolly) to name but a few. (big thank you to our DJ's also (JJ, Geoff, Steve D, & James O'Reilly) himself.

We hired them for our wedding as they came recommend. Although courteous and polite, the company liaison James was always very difficult to reach. We never got feedback in terms of seeing the dj we were booking at a gig beforehand. We had sent a playlist prior but they still needed us to put together music on a usb playlist just 2 days before the event but even on the actual day the dj that turned up was not familiar with any of the songs, people were not dancing so a friend had to take over. By far the most disappointing experience of our wedding and we didn't even hear back after sending an email

We used Essential Entertainment for our wedding party as recommended by the venue. James was impossible to get hold of and would take weeks to respond to an email. The playlist was sent prior to the party but the DJ was changed and he was not sent the list so our requests were not noted! Having said that everyone got up and danced on the night so the DJ did ok (which is why I scored 2). I would not use them again!
