Absolutely shocking. Used them to get to and from school for 2 years and experienced the following issues:
- Turning up significantly late on a regular basis
- Repeatedly missing out stops (both on the way to school and on the way back), even after complaining several times, and ignoring students when being repeatedly told to stop
- Displaying the wrong route number
- Dangerous driving including driving over the speed limit and on pavements
- Opening the doors before the bus has stopped
- Answering a handheld mobile phones whilst driving
- Not knowing their own route number
- Merging 2 buses worth

Highly punctual and supportive with exceptionally coordinated service. This is how we perceive Cliff Coaches that is one of the remarkably outstanding company in the market. Our driver was highly efficient and experienced, the coach was impressive and we enjoyed the whole process. Driver was very experienced and supportive. I am really contended by their service and give it 5 stars because the team at Cliffs Coaches is really helpful. It found the suitable location for meeting in London within little amount of time. Therefore the service was absolutely terrific and I will recommend it to all my friends.

DO NOT USE THEM.
Failed to supply a coach to pick up wedding guests. Guests had to make their own way to the venue.
The company was also booked to supply a coach that evening for 53 people. Promised to make amends.
Then failed to supply the correct size coach. Instead sent two coaches which arrived 30 minutes apart.
At no point did anyone from the company call or email me to apologise. I raised a complaint which was ignored, no calls were returned and I was only responded to once solicitors got involved.
