We are the South West's leading Driver Training Company for new LGV Drivers, offering a range of LGV 'C' and 'C+E' courses for companies and individuals. At Dynamic LGV Driver Training, we treat every trainee as an individual. There is no "one course suits all" approach, no pressure-selling, and we don't try to double-up by training 2 people at once like many other training companies.
We have an excellent pass rate for new trainees, a testament to our knowledge and experience in tutoring new drivers. We want you to pass first time, and become a safe, professional and courteous driver - essential traits when looking for new driving jobs. Dynamic LGV are committed to providing the best driver tuition in the South West.

Services
Dynamic LGV Driver Training is the South West's leading trainer of LGV Drivers. Based in Weston-Super-Mare and Bristol, we can offer professional and personal 1-on-1 tuition to drivers. All of our Instructors are DSA Registered, and have at least 5 years experience in training new truck drivers. We take great pride in the service we deliver, and treat each trainee as an individual.
We also offer refresher training for Drivers who have passed their LGV licence, and would like an informal refresher session:. Passed several years ago, and haven't used your licence for a while? Book an informal, friendly refresher session with one of our DSA Instructors to help boost your confidence with areas that you would like assistance with.
So you fancy a change of career? Perhaps you've always wanted to gain a LGV licence, or know someone who does. Whatever your reasons, we've written a simple guide to the steps required. If you need any assistance or support with any part of the process, then please contact us - we're here to help. Not all NHS Doctors/GPs will carry out Driving Medicals, and prices can vary at different surgeries.
The Driver CPC is for LGV (Large Goods Vehicles) who drive professionally in the UK. It has been developed to help improve the knowledge and skills of professional drivers, and to ensure periodic training. To get the full Driver CPC qualification, you will need to pass all four parts. If you want to get a vocational licence, but will not be driving for a living, you will only need to take and pass part one and part three.

Karl is without doubt the best trainer out there! He is upfront, honest and gets you driving to a standard way beyond the DSA benchmark. If you want a genuine, down to earth, says it as it is instructor, that is great value for money, he's the one! Karl got me through my Class 1 1st time and made me feel comfortable in an area I didn't know all that well, by day 3 I was test ready he really got me to that level where I was confident on the test routes and to drive the Arctic to the highest ability. Don't hesitate, Book with Karl, Trust me!! Charlie.

I firmly believe that Karl has taught about 80% of Bristol how to drive HGVs. Every where you go you see former pupils! Real top bloke, like other reviews say - will praise where necessary but will tell you where you are going wrong as well. Got my Cat C (at second attempt, nerves got the better of me first time round), and very happy about it. On my test, I knew exactly where and when the examiner was going to ask me to do things, so well prepared I was by Karl. 10/10!

Karl is a top bloke and instructor... I've used him for class 2 and 1 training.. I know others that have used him and they all mirrored my experiences with him.
His training packages are cheap compared to many others... but trust me he is worth his weight in gold.
His class 2 vehicle is a scania - manual drive.
Class 1 vehicle is a Renault- Auto drive.
Both vehicles are fantastic to drive.
Seriously use Carl's training experience to start your journey to becoming a hgv driver

I can't explain in words the quality of training you get from Karl that extends beyond just driving. He takes pride in his job which shows by the service provided. The only proof I can give is that I sat my C1 license with another service and failed twice. When I went to Karl I was stressed and lacking the confidence and positive mind frame. With Karl I sat my C1 once and got it the first time with only two minors. Karl instilled confidence back in me, through his guidance and most of all having confidence in me. He is not afraid to call you out on your wrong doings, but he will assist in your

I can't thank karl enough. After a bad and rocky experience with another company, I had very low confidence and didn't know where to go next. I heard of this company and they are amazing. As soon as I enquired he contacted me immediately to arrange a meeting. He is that dedicated he came to my house on a weekend and we went through what I needed. I had such a wonderful relaxed week of lessons with him. He instilled confidence in me and I thoroughly enjoyed being taught by him. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me. And thanks to him have now passed my class 1. Thank you karl

I'm a DVSA Instructor myself, RoSPA Instructor, and have a previous career in technical training in hazardous environments. I've completed training with Karl, and can honestly say that his training is superb. A relaxed and prescriptive style of training, with attention to the detail where necessary. If you want to just get trained to pass your test, then I'd suggest you go elsewhere...you'll probably get it cheaper and then fail a few times...
