Good sized property, never felt cramped. Lovely and clean. Great place to stay, kids well catered for, with toys, games, books, jigsaws, cutlery, plates, high chair, travel cot etc etc etc. Good base for exploring. 2ft of snow when we visited for w/c 20/2/10, and it 'made' the holiday! Never kept us in, still ventured out with baby in pram, and toddler in sledge.

Cannot fault Tigh na Lochan.
Stayed mid September for one week and we had a brilliant time.
The house is in a great location. Close to Aviemore but far enough away that you don't hear traffic passing by. 15 minutes walk and you're in the heart of everything.
With regards to amenities, the cottage is brilliantly equipped. Leather sofa, Sky TV, Netflix, power shower, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher and has the ability to sleep up to 7 persons.
We would most definitely stay again and recommend Pizzariach and The Winking Owl for food. Both provide gluten free options and are well priced.
