In 1977 Joe Guidotti and Don Fergerson founded Ferdotti Motor Services, the business name formed using the surnames of the two partners; 'Fer' of Fergerson and 'dotti' from Guidotti. During 1986 Don Fergerson left the business and Joe continued to trade under the name Ferdotti Motor Services, moving from their small premises on Pleasant Street, West Bromwich to larger premises also on Pleasant Street.
At Ferdotti Motor Services we take pride in our work and strive to get the best out of our staff by regularly updating their training and knowledge. All of our staff are trained and all have experience on all makes of vehicle. All of our work carries a 12 months / 12,000 miles parts and labour guarantee - a reassurance to you of the quality of our work and of the parts and lubricants used on your vehicle.
An MOT normally takes approximately 45mins and yes you can wait if you let us know at the time of booking. Yes, all our work carries a 12 months/12,000 mile guarantee where we have supplied and fitted parts. There are two main factors: Labour and Parts. The labour is calculated using standard industry job times and the parts cost is determined by the manufacturer of the part being fitted.
At Ferdotti we believe in giving back to society; which is why we have pioneered and partner with a number of organisations that work to help make people's lives better. About four years ago, one of our directors Tim Guidotti had a vision whereby garages all over the country could contribute a small amount for each job they carried out (for ARI Fleet UK) and then this money would be distributed to good causes all over the UK.
We offer routine servicing and repairs on all makes and classes of vehicle, including car servicing to keep your vehicle in full working order. If your car is still under its manufacturer's warranty, you can bring it to us for servicing. For vehicles under warranty, we guarantee to do the following when you come to our garage for car repairs.

Yesterday my car had broken down on a duel carriageway on my way to work. Ferdotti motors arranged my car to be towed by 8am!! I was updated of my cars progress the whole time it was in the garage and the service I received was top notch! Could not of chose a better garage to fix my car!!

My car had issues and i had a busy day ahead. I went into the garage at 8am a day after the bank holiday and my car issues were dealt with straight away. I could not thank the guys enough, the office team were so friendly and the mechanic explained to me what was wrong. I would definitely recommend this motor company.

I would like to thank Joe, Ian and the team at Ferdotti's Motor Services.
Following recent eye surgery and after care of eyedrops being administered 3 times a day which temporarily 'blurs vision', I was advised not to drive by my surgeon, but I needed to get my car M.O.T tested.
I telephoned the garage and arrangements were made to have the vehicle collected, tested, and any repairs completed.
After the test and jobs were completed, the car was delivered back safely, and had even been washed and cleaned !
Ferdotti's certainly went 'the extra mile' for me!

Really impressed with the service I received at Ferdotti Motor Services. My wing mirror was damaged recently (knocked out of place), so I took my car to a local garage. I expected a costly bill after my car was fixed and to my utter surprise, it was fixed completely free of charge!
I will certainly be bringing my car back here for its annual service and MOT. Great, friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to others.
