Just to say our group had a great day out to Largs. Angela was fantastic, so helpful and friendly and she was a great hit with us all, nothing was too much trouble to her and a great help to our less able ladies. She is a first class ambassador for your company. Unlike other coach hires who often don't turn up at all, Angela was there 15 minutes early, meaning we left our starting point on time and easily made it to our destination.
Payment can be made by: BACS/CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD or to the driver on the outward journey in cash only. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that all members of their party conduct themselves in a proper manner while on the coach, which includes the following: no smoking / no eating / no drinking of alcohol / no drugs / no standing or leaning out of windows while the vehicle is in motion / no throwing items out of the windows.

Booked a return journey to airport as pasrt of a party of 6, and paid £120 up front. Driver then failed to show up for return and was uncontactable for an hour, during which we were standing at pick up point. Driver finally returned our call when the other taxis we had phoned due to being stranded were minutes away. Very poor service and were only offered a partial refund.
