Used this company previously for coal and were fine so visited them to buy a log burner for our new house.
We found exact one that fitted our requirements and purchased in the sale a year ago, with them holding onto it whilst it was being finished off. They also gave us the name of 3 installers for us to get the fire fitted etc.
The only minor negative was they didn't realise that all fires fitted in new houses needed a plate to allow air in/out (fixed by putting at back of fire so not seen) in stead of anything above 5kw's which is the case for existing houses.
