Unlike the national retailers, who will sell you a piece of equipment in a box, we will advise, supply, deliver, install and transfer important software and data from your existing computer.
If you're looking to upgrade to the latest technology, we offer FREE and impartial advice. Using the latest diagnosis software, we can remove viruses from your machine, and make sure you are fully protected. Is your computer running slower than it used to? It may just be clogged up and need a health check, we recommend these are carried out every 18 months or so.

Beacon Computers has exceeded my expectations. My first encounter with them was for my son's gaming computer - blue screen of death -- they fixed it and were able to save all his files. Next, was a external hard drive that was locked up and wouldn't load. Tons of old pics. They were able to transfer everything to a new external and I didn't lose a thing. Prices are extremely FAIR! Their PROFESSIONALISM is unmatched.

We recently brought in a Western Digital hard drive which was part of the recent data loss breach experienced by thousands of WD customers nationwide. WD was doing nothing to help for over 8 weeks so we took a shot going locally to try to recover our data and Chris at Beacon was phenomenal! He was able to recover thousands of photos, documents and precious memories that we feared we lost at a reasonable price and did it within 2 days. Highly recommend the team at Beacon and will be back for all computer needs.

I couldn't be happier with the computer repair service at Beacon. They guided me to purchase a second hand computer for parts and was able to repair my obsolete 2006 computer, which I need to run an engraving machine for my business. They saved me several hundred dollars by not having to buy a brand new replacement unit. I will continue to give Beacon my business and have recommended to others.

I spilled a full cup of coffee on my computer. I thought it was ruined; I for sure thought that I'd just lost all my personal and some of my business data.
I was quoted an estimate from Beacon to fix my computer that was MORE THAN HALF in price compared to what my computer's manufacturer quoted me. Not only did Beacon fix my computer, but it actually seems to be operating better than before the spill.
Technical skills aside, I cannot overstate how professional and PATIENT the staff at Beacon was with me. They were prompt in immediately informing me about the progress in getting my computer in

We had the most wonderful experience with Beacon!! I was so impressed the constant communication and more important, the honor and integrity. They took the time to pull apart my sons laptop when he cracked the screen and provided me an estimate based on what was actually needed, which was not the case with others we spoke too. The work took a lot longer than expected and the owner Cris didn't ask us for any additional labor for all the extra time it took. That is unheard of in today's climate!! I would recommend and use Beacon again in a heartbeat!!
