Over 80% of our new patients arrive to see us via personal recommendation from friends, colleagues and family, a great compliment to us.
At The Omagh Chiropractic Clinic we focus on being a place of clinical excellence, seeking to be a source of information, inspiration and science-based natural healing. We endeavour to maximise health, remove physical dysfunction, relieve discomfort and release the natural healing process within the body.
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.
Perhaps this is your first introduction to chiropractic as a health care profession. If this is the case, you probably have some questions about what chiropractic is, and how the natural conservative approach of chiropractic may help in relieving your particular health ailment.

Chiropractic is a branch of the healing arts, and as a health-care discipline it is based on the premise that good health care depends, in part, upon a normally functioning nervous system. The central nervous system consists of the brain and the spinal cord; the peripheral nervous system consists of 31 pairs of spinal nerves which exit from the spinal column (backbone).
Chiropractic uses the principal that mechanical dysfunction can occur in the joints in the spine. As the spine protects the nervous system and is the master controller of all living cells, tissues and organs; orchestrating and coordinating all cellular functions.

Joint dysfunction is regarded as a complex of functional and/or structural and/or pathological articular (joint) changes that compromise neural integrity and may influence your general health.Because of this intimate relationship, biomechanical and structural problems in the spinal column can irritate parts of the enclosed nervous system.

I hurt my shoulder at the gym, it was a pain in the beginning. I was hoping it would go away, with time it subsided but I suffered like this for two years. I lost hope that the bolt would stop me. I learned to live with it. then my friend recommended a chiropractic to me. there were no major changes on the first 3 visits because I hadn't treated my shoulder for too long. I'm probably after the 7th visit as far as I remember. I am so thankful and happy. I don't wake up with pain anymore and I don't go to sleep with shoulder pain as before. I can function normally. it is beautiful . thank you very

Was in severe pain with knee trouble when I went to Dermot. After a few sessions, there was a great difference. While it hasn't healed (tear in the cartledge), I have been able to handle it and get about a lot better than beforehand. You do have a lot of appointments at the start but then he starts to space you out when he feels like you are ready. Overall, can't thank him enough.
