Jason is trustworthy and a knowledgeable person, he is down to earth and expects you to be the same and to understand that a fifty percent deposit is required before windows can be ordered due to the bespoke non returnable nature of made to measure windows. We have used him to replace misted units for several years and this time we also got a kitchen window replaced, you will get exactly what you pay for and his prices are very reasonable, Julie and Martin

Jason visited us very soon after our enquiry, took measurements, quoted us the cost and time of installation. This was all followed up as confirmed within an agreed time limit. Jason fitted our new patio door and we are extremely pleased with the result. He took the time to explain its secure locking system and left everything neat and tidy - we had no mess to clear up as he had collected up all the old fixings and put them in his van. We would highly recommend him.

Terrible experience. I have ordered a couple of windows two months ago, Jason the owner came in to my property to take measurements and provide a free estimate, following day I agree to pay half the quote as deposit, but due to covid-19 the manufacturer cl;osed down. So instead of two weeks, we could be waiting for the windows for over 3 months, so we decided to cancel the order within the 14 day cooling off period. That's when I was told by Jason that he would not return my deposit back, because he already started the works (false). He started to be very aggressive over the phone and I had to
