The Burlington Hotel may not have a bar or restaurant, but by editing out many of these 'discretionary' and rarely used traditional hotel facilities, we are able to keep our room rates low, whilst still offering high-spec rooms. We are located in a busy, stylish neighbourhood buzzing with a choice of bars and restaurants for guests to visit, many offering exclusive discounts for The Burlington Hotel guests.

I've stayed in this hotel four times now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are always absolutely spotless, the beds are comfy, and you can't beat being almost right by the seafront and central to the shops, a multitude of restaurants and town.
The staff are the friendliest people I've ever met and have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming, relaxed and warm atmosphere.
Breakfast is always lovely with coffee / tea, toast and the most perfect poached eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, and delicious pastries.
I very much doubt you can find the same quality of service and care

Lovely little gem of a place.. Great Check in.. Fabulous staff and owner. "Ross". Went out especially to provide some extra treats for my birthday.. Free continental breakfast includes.. Close to all amenities but far enough away to be peaceful. Very clean and unsurprisingly has won awards.. Will definitely return..

Very nice place to visit. close to entertainment places ,public transports,great affordable restaurants. Will definitely go back with all my family again since its family friendly .went for my husband's birthday.

From the outside it looks misleading..I thought oh dear. . Step inside and you'll be impressed... a very very clean hotel/room. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming ... breakfast is absolutely fantastic it is continental so people need to know that means no fry up!..poached eggs on toast is the best I've had anywhere.. even the scrambled eggs.as much as I loved my stay the only thing I could pick at was room 4 is near the front door so that's the only thing I could give a negative about ...Next time I'd go for the room with balcony.well done to all the staff for making my husband and I

Me and my little boy stayed for 4 nights and we'll definitely be coming back. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. Max and Alex made us feel really welcome and always had time to talk to us. They remembered small details at breakfast. They couldn't do enough for us.
Very close to the beach, restaurants and amusements; perfect location if you need to nip back to the hotel for anything.
I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Customer service was beyond amazing!
Myself and my partner booked a room but unfortunately was unable to stay the night due to trains not running this weekend.
A 5 minute walk from the train station, the rooms are nice, there was a fridge in our room which was appreciated!
Housekeeping is great, the place has a really nice smell as you walk through and the room was really clean.
We will be returning the next time we are there!
