We ordered from here for the first time as my daughter and her partner have just bought a house round the corner. Neighbour’s had recommended and wow - these were all delicious and piping hot. Chicken was sooo tender. We had tikka masala and balti and both were delicious. Definitely our new favourite takeaway. Thank you guys

We have ordered from here a few times and the food has always been excellent. We ordered again last night and the food arrived on time, was delicious, and the chap on the phone was really friendly and helpful. We've always struggled to get nice Indian food delivered and found most places to be hit and miss, this has been a constant hit for us! Highly recommended.

I had great expectations about this Restaurant. But they turned me down. The food is no way close to authentic Indian Dishes, although their menu is. The Masala (spices) combination used is not the suitable for Indian taste buds, craving for authentic Indian food. As an Indian I can tell instantly their food don't taste Indian.

I have made three orders and everything was delicious. Friendly staff, great generously portioned food. Seriously recommend. I will be coming back for more in the future.

We had given up on Chilli & Spice after years of being customers due to the waiting time for the food and being lied to each time we called to see where the delivery was.
Last night we decided to try them again but another evening of disappointment and lies! I called to place my order early (5.15pm) and expected to have to wait and was told the food would be an hour. At 6.50pm I called to enquire and was told the driver would be out in 10 minutes. The food finally arrived at 7.50pm ( 2 hours and 35 minutes later) with no apology and the food by then was not warm.
Needless to say we will again

I ordered four currys for my family.
They were to be delivered to us in wyken, I ordered at 6.15 they said 1 hour maximum.
I phoned at 7.45 no problem its 10 minutes away. I phoned again at 8.30 sorry running late . Came at 9.30 just about warm .
We had to reheat it .
I phoned to say it wasn't good enough for the £38 I had paid.
They said they would improve next time .
They'll never be a next time especially when they never offered any kind of refund.

Called the takeaway at 6.30pm and said I would pick up , he noted that they were very busy and he took my number and promised to call me at 8.00 pm when it would be ready ( 1.5 hours ) . Come 8.10pm and no call , my wife was actually in the take away and said "have you the curry" and they knew nothing about it . I called and they offered no reasoning for the food not being ready . I did not receive any food at all - if you are a takeaway they behave like one absolute joke, and to make things worse it was my birthday and I did not want to cook and wanted something special. It would have been better

Best Indian curry I've had so far. About the 3rd time ordering now and i must commend them for the nice food.
I was slightly concerned about how big the chicken chucks were previously but pleased it came in nice small/sliced bite sizes for my recent order. Keep this up.
It will be nice to have the lamb chucks more tender and much smaller chucks.

Sad to leave this review as we love the food, but we have unfortunately been messed around with the wait time on many occasions at this point. This time, we were told 3 hours on the initial call so were expecting it to be a long time, especially since it is New Year's Eve. We phoned at around the time we were expecting the delivery and they said they were just packing it up which was not a problem. We phoned again half an hour later because the food should have arrived and they told us the same thing again so clearly they had lied about it the first time. They then tried to convince us not to cancel
