The thinner narrow black frames create a more minimalist modern style. They are particularly effective when framing smaller photos. A friend has been recommending this company for years, and having just moved house I finally got round to ordering frames for an assortment of prints. I could not be happier! Amazing service, fantastic quality frames and an easy, straightforward ordering process. I loved the regular email updates informing me of each step of the process, which really shows the care and attention going into each frame. For clarity - this is not a paid review - it is my opinion based on a genuine purchase.
I could not have asked for better. The ordering process was easy using the tools on the web site, the communications I received were polite and informative and the frame arrived well packaged, well protected and despite coronavirus, in a relatively quick timescale.
The frame itself is well made and considering it was a custom size to fit a picture I have been meaning to get framed for a few years, it is absolutely perfect in every way. I could not be happier with the service and quality received.

Customer service a bit lacking. I ordered 4 frames and one of them arrived with a scratched glazing. I tried to call but no one answers. I sent an email to sales and got a reply after a couple of days. They sent me new glazing which arrived a few days later.
The product is good in my view, you just have to be patient. Will probably use them again.

Really disappointed with the customer service (currently non-existent). I ordered a frame (~£60) which arrived the wrong size, so I sent it back (~£30) and although they said they would modify it several emails later to a) confirm they received it and b) enquire how long it would take I've still had no reply, am frameless and now £90 out of pocket. They don't pick up the phone and don't reply to emails. I have now gone elsewhere for a frame.
