Finding an Accountant, you can trust, talk to on a level, always there for you (even though you take forever to get your paperwork to them to actually file your returns on time) when you are wrapped up in your everyday working life, with no time for PAPERWORK.

I moved from a bigger firm of Accountants as I felt I wasn't getting the service I believed I should have been as I am a small business and felt I was being overlooked.
