North Coast Pilates & Physiotherapy was Established in 2009 by Lizzy Caldwell, Chartered Physiotherapist and Fully Certified APPI Pilates Instructor. With two dedicated Pilates studios providing Matwork and Reformer Pilates plus a busy Physiotherapy clinic we are considered to be the leading provider of Physiotherapy & Physiotherapist led Pilates in the Coleraine and North Coast Area.

Our Physiotherapists share a belief that Physiotherapy and Pilates works. Their specialist knowledge, passion, enthusiasm, and wealth of experience will ensure you reach all of your health, wellness, and fitness goals. These classes are based on the mat and follow a repertoire of APPI pilates method exercises.
Services
All of our instructors are Chartered Physiotherapists trained in the APPI method of Pilates. The APPI - The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute - is a global organisation founded by two Physiotherapists who modified the application of Pilates principles, and is now practiced around the world.

I have been doing one to one classes with Lizzy at North Coast Pilates since November and nine months later I can't believe the difference.
Our Chartered physiotherapists are highly skilled with years of experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports injuries. They are all registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and members of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. We can offer treatments such as acupuncture (including dry needling/trigger point & electro acupuncture).

On the 4 Jan I began the online 6 week block delivered by Lizzy at North Coast Pilates & Physiotherapy. I was recommended by a physio to try Pilates for my hyper mobility syndrome. I also suffer from severe PCOS and I cannot believe the difference these 6 weeks have made. I completed one class religiously each day and for the first time ever regarding exercise I have felt excited and motivated to do the workouts. It has had a positive impact not only on my physical well-being but also on my mental well-being. With everything being online, I was nervous about beginning but Lizzy has been very welcoming
