Services
Bi-fold Doors are our Speciality we are approved fabricators of the Smarts and Schuco windows, patio doors and bifold doors. Security Anti-Tip rails to traffic bifold doors. Schuco frames are one of the narrowest products available, yet the aluminium is a higher gauge making them the stronger. Bifolding Door Factory is a member of the Glass & Glazing Federation we provide a quality service.
We manufacture using the modern state of the art CNC machinery. The assembly frame, this jig ensures the door frame is perfectly level and square. Checking all system company tolerances are correct. Quality controllers inspect every door to ensure the assembly staff produces the same quality door regardless of who is looking over their shoulder.
We manufacture and install the Schuco ASS70FD. It is our opinion that the Schuco ASS70FD is simply the best bifold door currently available in the UK. Gaskets that seal the door to the weather but when the door is opened immediately move away from the frame when the door is opened. Two stainless steel wheels for certain door configurations removing the need for mullions just to cover the wheels.
