Our Reception is open from 6.30am-10pm mon- thursday & Sat & 8am - 9pm fri & - sun - please ask if there is anything we can help you with - Check-ins must take place between these hours. If however we don't get it right, for whatever reason, please tell us and we shall always endeavour to sort out any issue in a professional and Guest considerate manner.

All our bedrooms are spacious - 25 sq Mt. and have a variety of formats - Single, Double, Twin, Triple and Family - indeed if we compare cost per square foot we have the best value rooms within any Hotel in Warrington, Hotel in Northwich or Hotel in Runcorn!

All bedrooms have Large Flat Screen Digital 30 Channel TV's with some HD channels, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Hair Dryers, Heaters, Telephones and are En-suite with both a Bath and Shower.All our Bedrooms have been recently decorated, with new carpets and have had brand new furniture - with built in Luggage Racks, Hanging Wardrobes, Dressing Tables etc.

All Guests receive a FREE Continental Breakfast as part of our standard Room Rate. We think you will enjoy it, choose from 5 types of branded Cereals, White or Brown Toast, Grapefruit Segments, Cheese Slices, Yogurts, Waffles, Brioche, Small Cakes, Heinz Baked Beans, Porridge, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Chilled Water, Tea and Coffee.

Just 4 minutes from Junction 10 (Warrington/Northwich) M56 and easily found in a green field location adjacent to the A49. Off at Junction 20 (signed M56 Runcorn/North Wales). Leave the M56 at Junction 10 and follow the A49 Whitchurch Road - our own Brown Signs should be visible at this point. We are 3.5 miles down on the right.
