Pentland Locksmiths Services are a local family-run locksmith business in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian. We were established in 2006 and have been serving the good people of the Lothians for well over a decade. The vast majority of work we do is door lock repairs and lock upgrades. We also fix the new build composite door locks and handles in Bonnyrigg, Dalkeith, Gorebridge, Newtongrange, and Musselburgh.

Our local locksmith business was established in 2006, and we have served the good people of Midlothian for well over a decade. We specialise in the repair of ALL types of door locks but specifically UPVC door locks, Patio French door docks, and Garage locks. Our main towns are Bonnyrigg, Dalkeith, Gorebridge and Newtongrange.
Our Locksmith Services includes uPVC door lock repairs, locks for carers, and garage door security. We also fit BS3621 Mortice Locks and genuine Yale Locks. We also fit Police Approved Supra C500 Keysafes that allow carers access. UPVC Door lock Repairs. We fix all types of upvc door locks, Handles, and Letterboxes. We also replace standard Euro Door Lock and fit Anti-Snap Locks to help prevent Locks Snapping. Fantastic service. I called at 9:54 to report a problem with my front door lock and he came after he finished a job nearby and by 11:00am the problem was fixed. He knew what was up after I described the problem to him and he had the replacement part required to fix it. Showed me the broken piece, really excellent service and very trustworthy.

I can highly recommend Pentland Locksmiths. Chris was very responsive and gave a good quote for the job. He also was able to carry out the work the next day. He arrived on time and repaired my patio door which now locks perfectly without the need to replace. He also replaced a window handle. I would definitely use again.

Have used Pentland Locksmiths for a good number of years, and now wouldn't trust any other locksmith with our business.
Chris always seems to be able to 'pop round' at short notice, no matter how busy he is and where he is due to be working, and does what is needed rapidly, professionally and economically. Have yet to come up with a challenge he hasn't been able to fix.
He adjusted a door for us recently and, when it started playing up again shortly after his visit, swung by the next day and sorted it for no charge (despite me offering to pay).
Highly recommended.
