Last 3 visits had issues. My nails last summer, despite being the first set of false nails i'd had on in 6 months and the 1st set of acrylics iv'e ever had, were very badly removed by Wendy. She took them right down that they were so thin and brittle that hot and cold water hurt badly. I called and she said that was normal when you take off acrylics. At the time she was taking them off I complained it was sore and again she said it was necessary. She also said she hated doing ails and hardly ever done them, and left it to the other girls generally. she also admitted she has not done any nail training
