Sadly within 2 months of taking out our warranty we had a problem with our main battery charger packing up. I raised the claim late on a Friday night and by early the following Friday the replacement was agreed and repairer authorised. Easy. Efficient and if any other claims are handled this quickly then there is nothing to fault.

My wife and I have been so delighted with the service we have received from Boat and Yacht Warranty, that we bought next years warranty 6 months early! Having been unfortunate enough to have made a claim, everything promised under the warranty was straight forward and dealt with promptly and very fairly. We recently had one of the replaced items fail and we believed would need to make a further claim. B&YW picked up on this confirming the item should still be under warranty and this avoided an unnecessary claim and allowed us to question why should this have failed so quickly. The high levels of

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company! They state on their website - "We offer a no quibble, hassle free approach to claims management and we don’t hide behind any small print" - my claims experience with this organisation has been anything from hassle free and is anything other than advertised on their website. This statement could not be further from the truth. Avoid this company.
