My name is Henryk Gromadzki and I am the owner and general manager of heart of stone.
I would firstly state that Angela Hopkins who has posted the review about Heart of Stone Ltd has to our knowledge never been in contact with Heart of Stone Ltd or any employee.
Heart of stone do not have anyone called Clive on it's staff. There is a mason called Clive that on occasion uses our facility, but trades completely independently of us. Having spoken to him, he advises that he declined to be involved in the making of a hearth for Angela Hopkins as he was too busy at the time.
We have asked for Angela

Was promised a visit last week, and every day since . well when he had`nt turned up today, i rang him and left a message for him to ring me, which he did, I asked if he was coming to measure up the fireplace today as promised and his reply gobsmacked me. He said you know what i dont need this , cheers and slammed the phone down. well I sure as hell dont need a workman like Clive. cheers !!!!! Only put the one star as i had to rate it. VERY POOR. would not recommend.
