If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered a bouncy castle to be delivered at 12 confirmed this on the phone also as was being delivered to a pub and no one would be there before then to help assist text at 10.00am saying we will be there at 10:15 long story short they turned up at the pub no one was there to help managed to get a family member to go down to assist didn't have an extension cable long enough to reach the plug socket..... then wanted to place the castle on the car park which was not suitable especially with the castle being for small children! Never dealt with such an unprofessional

CBC organised a bouncy castle for me at VERY short notice as I was let down by another company. I contacted them on a Sunday morning about a party that very afternoon and they replied straight away to answer my… queries and organise it for me 😊 the castle was absolutely perfect and a very reasonable price too. We was let down by another company at the last minute, tried loads of other places, they told us we needed to pre-book before hand.. rang CBC hire and within 15 minutes we had a bouncy castle.. the BC was way better than the one we was previously getting! Definitely recommend to anyone needing a bouncy castle! 👍🏻

Excellent 5 star service from this company. Friendly, professional and great value for money.
