They are ignorant. I did write a full review on it all but didn't post for some reason but to summarise, I had a bad situation, I sent a message via their site. 3 weeks maybe more later and my situations 10 times worse. So I think it's safe to say you guys are ignorant and have no intentions of putting your business towards people without a bigger bank account.
