Workspace Properties Limited was formed in 2009 and is focussed on providing business premises for small and medium size companies in and around the Chorley area. We have a growing number of our own properties which we rent out and also manage the letting of units for clients. We are also interested in buying your freehold and then renting the property back to you - allowing you to free up some capital and focus on running your business, and letting us look after the property side of things.

We will shortly have a 1500 square foot unit to let on the ever popular Chorley Central Business Park, Stump Lane, Chorley. In partnership with Red Rose Self Storage, we are able to offer self storage units at their 2 sites (Chorley & Leyland).
The self storage units start at just 25 square foot and go all the way up to 200 square foot, making them ideal for storing everything from household furniture and belongings, to seasonal equipment, stock and business documents.All self storage units are let on a week by week basis, and their is no minimum contract or notice period.
