At Jims Garage Services we provide full vehicle clutch replacement and fault diagnosis in Margate, Kent. We supply and fit car and van clutches to suit all makes and models of vehicles. At our Thanet based workshop we can carry out all vehicle related repairs such as vehicle servicing, brake repair and replacement and clutch replacement.

We are an approved brake service centre for Apec Braking and supply and fit Apec Brake Discs and Brake Pads which come with a 2 year, 24,000 mile warrantee. At our Thanet based workshop we can carry out all brake related fault diagnosis and vehicle repairs.
At Jims Garage Services we offer a dash cam fitting service in Thanet, Kent. At our Margate based workshop we can carry out all vehicle related repairs such as vehicle servicing, brake repair and replacement and clutch replacement. Dashboard Cameras or Car Cameras are mini, affordable video cameras that can be installed in your vehicle to video record your journey in the case of an accident.

I am very thankful to have found this garage. Would highly recommend to anyone and will continue to use as long as my HONDA lasts!

Jim is very knowledgeable and seems to know his stuff! Including about VWs! He diagnosed exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, where another garage had let me down and charged separately for diagnostics! And they did a job that I’m not sure needed doing! My T5 is back up and running now. Was a big job so wasn’t cheap (wouldn't have been anywhere) but happy that my vehicle is now fixed and running well!! Phew. Thanks Jim.

Went in with a poorly Audi A8 with the notorious electronic parking brake malfunction. Booked in and new brake caliper fitted for a reasonable price. Handbrake now works properly again. Nice friendly chap and was a pleasure to talk to about cars. His garage is hidden away on the road, but following his images with the arrows on his website made it a breeze to find in the end.

I have used Jim to service and repair our cars for around 18 years. He is the only garage owner I know that I can trust 100%. All my family use him now too and even travel from away and take days off work so… that they can take their cars to Jim. He is honest, reasonable, always friendly and approachable, does an excellent job and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

Superb service from Jim's today. Visited from London and he squeezed in a VW T5 clutch replacement the same day. 7hr job. Got us back home the same day with massive improvements to the T5
Also saved the old parts and showed the damage. Pointed out another couple of bits for us.
Clean workshop. Friendly, trustworthy and highly recommended
