Don't waste your money - inspections carried out by Telepathy.
I asked this company to do the survey of the sub-floor void of my property, because of water ingress and condensation. I was very impressed with the the many 5 star reviews reporting of the time spent at the properties and the equipment used to reach a conclusion.
Adrian was at my property 25 minutes and used just a torch and he didn’t actually inspect the problem area. I really don’t mind paying anyone for their time but this equates to £240 per hour and the problem area was not even examined.
I am very aware of the many qualifications

Came out to my house on Saturday. Very professional and straight forward approach, took the time to inspect several areas of the house despite the initial contact being for a damp/condensation issue in one room.
Then discussed with me lots of options, including all the things I can do even before having to think about having any work done.
In terms of advice and guidance it was excellent and also very educational - Adrian took the time to explain in detail some of the common issues related to my problem.

Very disappointed . Told my wife they couldn't get access to the property to do the survey after several attempts, so we thought they would just refund the money (£100)+vat . When we rung to tell them we had pulled out of the sale due to no access ,low and behold they attended the property the day Before ! But no survey was done !! .I suggest better communication with your "customers" when an appointment is made on their behalf. Complete Waste of £120 . The slant you put on things would equate to king Herod being a slightly rough child minder and the big bad wolf an over zealous building inspector
