A new website for an old business! Rug Cleaner has been cleaning rugs, carpets and soft furnishings for over a decade now at our studio in Milton Abbas in Dorset.
When you use Rug Cleaner, you can rest assured your rug is going to receive the best treatment available. Rug Cleaning Dorset and the South West. We have a cutting-edge dusting machine, the first of its type in the UK for fully dusting rugs. No other system comes close to removing as much dry material from rugs.
Washing will remove most spills and spots, particularly if correct treatment is applied before or during the washing process. What is left behind is considered staining. We deal with stains on a daily basis successfully removing these and more. Stains that don't respond to basic stain removal techniques will more specialist procedures involving strong alkalines, acids, solvents or oxidation and reduction agents.
Whether flooding, incorrect cleaning or just simple sun fading, we can restore the faded original colours in your rug or carpet, re-dye existing colours to match or create a new and more appealing colour. We also offer full carpet dyeing and custom colour matching for carpets and rugs. We use cutting-edge technology to blend and colour correct fibres in rugs, kilims, carpets and other fabrics.
Over the years we have taken on a lot of cleaning projects, some run of the mill and some quite extraordinary. Leather carpet, velvet wallpaper, antique silk table runners, tapestries, flatweaves, embroideries, to name a few. We run tests on all fabric types here at the studio to determine the right techniques to get the best possible results.

I took my Bohkarah in for cleaning and repair and was met with only friendly, excellent service and the carpet returned to me looking as good as new and with a few minor repairs, thanks to my Cockapoo pup! The price didn't break the bank either.
