We offer expert IT business support whenever you need it, both in person and over the phone ranging from. Next Step IT can help maintain your physical and virtual IT infrastructure, provide end user support, backup, anti-virus and email solutions. From user support right through to the physical network infrastructure and design, we are here to help.
Our solution is different from other cloud backup solutions where you do not really know where your data is being held, or who is managing and looking after it. Your data is backed up to our own data centre located within our offices in the New Forest. We do not charge you for how much data you upload, or how much data changes each time the backup runs, we simply charge a fixed fee based on space required.

When I needed to get my desktop PC repaired, I was told about Next Step IT Ltd as they are a local company and came highly recommended. Purchased a used laptop from Next Step IT through eBay. I was on a budget and not expecting too much for my money. I got way more than I expected.
