Habitat Cafe
We have a wonderful south-facing location in the town's central square, and seating for 35-40 customers at our handmade farmhouse tables & outside seating. Our entire cafe interior is completely new, and has undergone a full fit-out including a well-equipped commercial kitchen, beautiful solid oak flooring, and over 7 metres of dedicated brewing bar.

This allows customers to experience our stunning speciality coffees and teas from some of the best farms around the world, in a relaxing environment. Presently we operate during daytime only, and in 2013 we will commence an evening food service. We are proud to work with Has Bean, Waterloo Tea and Kokoa Collection on our beverage menus.

We went there as a group of eight after a long walk in snow, but the lady there did not treat us nicely, looked at us as if we had come from a different planet. Instead we went to Three Lemons, a minute walk further up, where we were welcomed with smile and good hot soup.

Our favourite cafe. Serves the best coffee we have ever tasted and the Masala Chai is amazing. You will want more than one cup!
Great variety of delicious foods. Seriously scrumptious cakes. Really lovely friendly cafe. Big chunky tables, comfy seats. The staff are always are eager to please and very welcoming. I wish we lived closer so I could visit more often 😋

Picture and description says outdoor heated seating area but this area is closed. Only indoor available. Annoying. This might be due to staff shortages but would be better if the Facebook page was more accurate.

We stopped off in Aberfeldy on our way from Loch Garten to Loch Lomond… the sun was shining on the square-so we decided to give habitat a try as it seemed popular and busy… We were glad we did, lovely friendly staff, great coffee, delicious HLT sandwich and the best bit? The side order of rosemary chips! Who’d have thought!

Great spot for great cafe, Habitat Cafe has delicious food and friendly service. We had the Meaty Breakfast and the Breakfast roll and were very satisfied. They also do an excellent vanilla milkshake with raspberry sauce in it which is highly recommended. It is very well worth getting hashbrowns with your order, even if the meal already comes with one, they are perfectly crunchy and just delicious.
All in all, good food, great location and excellent atmosphere, couldn't ask for much more.

Yet another lovely lunch in Habitat Cafe. Staff are always so friendly; food, coffee and cakes are fab and the Covid measures they have in place help protect both customers and staff. Lovely friendly welcome on the way in from the owner too!

Stopped in for some lunch and was not disappointed one bit. Family of four + 🐶 were all made to feel exceptionally welcome and at ease.
We had two steak burgers and two chicken burgers and rosemary chips.… These were absolutely delicious and I didn’t need any dinner after that.
Nice cosy atmosphere, good service and superb food - definitely worth a FIVE star review and if you’re passing then do drop in and try it for yourself - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gorgeous café serving delicious food. We stopped by in a Monday morning for a late breakfast. Smashed avocado in sour dough toast was delicious, eggs Benedict and meaty breakfasts were also tasty; all beautifully presented and gluten free catered for. Chai to die for - whole fresh spices packing a punch flavour wise.
Dogs catered for indoors and out -ours had a bowl of water and a treat before we’d even taken our seats!
Screens inside make the small space as accessible as possible within current Covid guidelines but there’s ample outdoor seating looking out onto Aberfeldy’s town square

Sat outside on a sunny morning and had possibly the best food in the whole of Scotland. Excellent service, very friendly. Food was delicious off the charts ... Even the Earl Grey tea came with a little egg timer so I know how long to brew it... A lovely little touch...

So the watermill cafe is no longer dog friendly, so where to go? We struck gold going here! Dog friendly (water & treat supplied), super coffee and a great range of tea. Our sandwiches were delicious, and we'll have to return to explore the rest of the menu.

Everytime I come to aberfeldy I make sure to go to The Habitat Cafe. It's dog friendly, has delicious food and lovely staff.

Their wide selection of tea is amazing and is an adventure in itself. Well priced and nicely decorated, this family friendly cafe is a must.
I highly recommend it.

I had the feta, beetroot, walnut sandwich and tomato, chilli soup along with green tea. My family also enjoyed their meals.
As a vegetarian I felt that there was a good amount of options.

If you are in aberfeldy, you need to eat here.

Kind and helpful service. Very homey and comfortable inside. We could have wasted away our morning here but we had places to explore!

Delicious tea in the most adorable teapots. I had to go home and purchase one because I loved it so much. :) My husband gave the coffee high marks as well.

We ate breakfast here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of options including gluten-free ones. Their GF bread was the best I had during my stay in Scotland.

I've been to Habitat Cafe a fair few times now but today's visit was the first since I started yelping (cue me snapping away at any opportunity!)

Today was just mum and I, mother daughter bonding, taking a wee trip down memory lane as its Feldy (Aberfeldy to the rest of the world!) where I went for my 5/6th year at high school. Sadly Habitat wasn't open way back then, that's maybe a good thing mind you as I doubt I'd have made many classes if it was!

Set in the main square, Habitat has a lovely warm, welcoming feel to it. Greeted straight away upon entrance we had the

Very lovely place! We walked in for lunch after seeing it was rated nr 1 on TripAdvisor. The best thing about this place is the barista/owner's knowledge and passion for coffee. There are always a few different coffee's which you can get in a variety of brewing methods. Very interesting! My boyfriend had one of the hot chocolates, you could choose white/dark/extra dark etc, and it was almost like chocolate syrup so thick! Yum!
The lunch we had was OK, for the price we paid I did expected something a little more amazing - the salad I had was a bit on the small side and didn't have

Trust the Yelp reviews for this wonderful cafe, this place is great!
Large windows let rays of light flood into this fab cafe. The walls are cream with pine tables and chairs. On each of the tables are bottles of water and glasses.
Our waitress Becky was friendly and obviously enjoys working at Habitat. She explained about the different coffees they serve as well as the different teas.
The loose tea comes in fab teapots with an egg timer so the tea is not over brewed. The green tea choice is fab. My El Salvador coffee was delicious and I could taste the chocolate and basmati rice flavours

We went to the farmers market in Aberfeldy and there was this cute coffee shop! We decided a latte was in good order. The cafe was super cute ! The staff were so friendly ! The food looked amazing so we decided we needed some cake ... And then a chocolate chip cookie... And then a fish finger sandwich... :) not in the order . But everything was delicious!
They are experts in their coffees and do hand brewed coffee as well as lattes. They told us about their direct ethical coffee trade between the coffee farmers and their buyer! How they have single origin beans and have a batches mixed just for

I came across this lovely café whilst strolling through the town of Aberfeldy. It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. I can guess that with little choice of coffee shops in Aberfeldy this is a very popular place filled with tourists and locals alike. I was especially drawn to the large windows letting in a lot of light and a seat at the window would have been ideal. Anyway, the place was so packed, we ended up in the back room on a huge table, which is ideal for bigger parties. Looking at the menu it was not an easy choice to make from all the lovely coffee and hot chocolate choices, however

Great little café in Aberfeldy Square. Had scrambled eggs, bacon and very nice coffee.
You can sit outside and watch the people, too.
